We pride ourselves in offering all our employees, and those affected by our operations, a working environment in which they can safely carry out their duties. Appropriate training is continually given to ensure all our staff are trained and fully competent.
We have both internal and external Health & Safety professionals who carry out monthly audits and onsite inspections, monitoring and ensuring that we are compliant with current legislation, safe operational methods and best practices.
Every project we manage has a site specific health and safety file, which contains policy and procedures, risk assessments, method statements, staff training records and all inspection records and other various documents. A master copy is kept at our Head Office and all projects are reviewed & audited on a regular basis.
